so somehow I noticed that my left rear(driver side) wheel gap is 1 inch lower than my right rear wheel gap(passanger side) does this mean my shocks and springs are wearing out?

left rear gap- 4.25"
right rear gap - 5.25"

As long as it's nothing silly, like uneven weight load, or a low tire pressure cuasing the car to lean (I know, just saying) then it could be the spring. How old are all the springs, and has this car (assuming it's the AWD you list on your profile) been repeatedly luanched hard?

Sagging springs! As long as your tire pressure is even, and nothings in the back, suspension isnt bent..... Perfect time for a suspension upgrade.
