Ok, here's the problem. When I drive and hit a tiny bump on the road or something like that the steering wheel stays at the same point, but the car start turning by itself sometimes right, sometimes left. I had replaced tie rods, ball joints, lower control arm bushings to urethane, shocks and springs (I made sure that the holes were aligned on the shock when I put it back), also replaced the upper rubber mounts for the front shocks. Guess, what it didn't help, with the steering problem. I have searched on this website, and only found that the steering rack could be bad. And one of my friends told me that the whole subframe could be moving due to the bad bushings. I need your help, and advise on what to do. Thanks.

Have you taken the car in for an alignment? That may be a good place to start, they can make sure your tie rods are tight enough and the wheels are all pointed straight. If you have jackstands try this, lift the front of the car up, key off to lock the wheel, and see if you can turn the tires. If there is some play, start looking at your rack.
Hope this help,
~Eric

Never mind, it's just the bushing on the steering rack is messed up really badly, the passenger side. However, I got me another headache today, my rear caliper got seized, and the rear got on fire....
