So here is my problem. I am trying to run Palm 'n' Stein on my IIIc to do a couple logs. But every time I try to connect I get a error code saying "no rev". Even when I go to look at my engine codes, the same error pop up. I have tried using different cables but still the same outcome. I even tried using my old palm 100m with no luck.

I have also tried using OBD Gauge but that doesnt connect as well.

The interfaces that plugs into the OBD outlet and hotsync cable looks fine. But is there anyway I can test that?

Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this problem?

Thanks

If you've checked all the connections then maybe try another free logging software and see if you get the same result? Ive used MMCD and have never had any problem with it.

Yeah thats what I was thinking. So I installed OBD gauge, and same result. It doesn't connect. And I'm pretty sure the MMCD are only for 1g's. Now, I'm starting to wonder if its the interface that went bad. But I dont get how the interface that plugs into the ECU can go bad?

OK i solved the problem. For future references, if anyone has the same problem with their logger not connecting with the ECU. Try bending the pins on the obd interface inwards. That solved my problem. I guess when your driving it gets kicked around alittle and the pins get bent.
