Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out how to fix this code. When I did my turbo swap I just cut and resoldered the o2 wires, but now the voltage doesn't cycle, should I try and redo the connections? I've still got the oem o2 sensor so I did black to black for the black wires, and then blue to blue and white to white. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

If you roughhoused the sensor at all its probably dead. It just sounds like a dying sensor to me, maybe contaminated.

Hooked it up to another o2 sensor that I bought and it still does the same thing. Do you know where the heater circuit is located so I could check that too? I tested the heating wires and I'm getting 12v, fwiw.

Test drove the car for a bit and the timing and fuel trims are all fine, the o2 sensor voltage just keeps reading low, anywhere from .00 to .14 at its highest.

The heater circuit is internal to the 02 sensor (two black wires) If you have 12v at the plug then your good unless you have a bad o2 sensor. Are you sure that you are logging the right o2 sensor? I have my rear one hanging, and if I log it instead of the front, I get the steady readings like you are getting.

Yea This is the front o2, I've got the rear logging also and its 0 since I took it out with the new downpipe I put in. I guess I'll go try and buy a brand new o2 sensor that plugs into the car, the other sensor I have is used but I was told it was in working condition. Would I be able to hook up the new 02 sensor without putting it in the bung and just see if the voltage will cycle? Also, is there a heater circuit relay somewhere on the car? I appreciate all the help man.

I ordered a new o2 sensor since even though this one cycles a bit when warmed up, it doesn't cycle quite as fast as normal, and the voltage never peaks right in WOT.

The heater circuit iirc gets its voltage from the ignition switch/mfi relay, so if your engine is running you should have voltage to the o2. The o2 wont cycle much if its not in the exhaust stream.
