HELP! New Throttle Body

hello i have a question about my 99 Eclipse (420a), it has a HRC 16G turbo kit with FMIC. I just bought a new 55 mm Throttle body and my question is do i need to change to larger intercooler pipes because i bought a bigger TB? and if i wanted to go bigger say like a 60mm TB would i have to change to larger ICP then? if anyone knows anythign about this please help me out

you don't have to change your pipes. just get a new silicone coupling that fits better.

changing the diameter of your i/c pipes because your throttle body is now a few mm's larger would be a little crazy.

what diameter are the i/c pipes right now anyway? if they're 2" pipes, then they're close to 51mm diameter. if they're 2.5" pipes, then they're close to 63mm diameter. if you've got 2" pipes, i'd recomend going to 2.5"; if you've all ready got 2.5", i'd just stick with it.

And if you didnt get the opening to your intake manifold bored to match the throttle body, you aren't going to see a difference anyway.

i was gonna get the venom intake manifold for the 55mm throttle body, that would work right?
