Fixed every problem with the car but I can't get rid of this fluttering sound that happens every time I shit or just let off the gas. First thought it was a tight BOV but I adjusted it up and down with no change. So I'm not sure if it's a leaking BOV or something else...if you ran inti this problem let me know what you tried and what worked...opun to any and all suggestions...
...

I had the same problem with my car, every time I would let off the gas my BOV would flutter and echo. It just didnt sound right at all. I thought I had a bad BOV or a hose missing but it turned out to be a really bad boost leak in the ic hoseing. Perform a proper boost leak test and post your results. Good luck man, gotta love our dms's!!!!! Jason

Please take a moment to fill out your vehicle profile so that you can avoid the delay from questions like these ones:

Do you have an aftermarket boost controller? If so, is it teed into your BOV vacuum line?

Is your BOV recirc line free of kinks and other obstructions?

i would say try a boost leak test as well. There are plenty of stange noises when there is a boost leak...i recently had a leak that sounded like one of those flutes towlheads use to make the snake come out of the basket LOL

Thanks for the replies...I found a cracked tube all the way at the back, right where you can't get to it unless you remove the battery... fixed it and also found a lot of moisture in the tube that goes from the intake to the valve cover...so I put a small breather filter there. Thanks again.:thumb:
