help all you DSM experts..1g FWD sputter problem

long story...here goes..before this..car was running 16psi no problems..

14b blew out...the nut for the compressor wheel flew off into my maf..
bought a FP b16g..installed today..it idles fine..light feather is ok on the throttle..gradually going up from 1-6k is fine..but when stompin it to the point where the bov releases at like about 5k on a stand still..on its way down to 1-2k rpm..it sputters and sounds like its running on 3 cylinders...stomp it again and then you can hear like a intake backfire..so basically sounds like its running on 3 cylinders..let it sit sputtering for like 10-15 seconds..starts to idle fine again..stomp on it again..and it does the same thing again...What could it be? sounds like running on 3 cylinders..or a bad injector...but remember..it was running fine before the turbo blew out..please help! ecu? injectors? not enough fuel?

Fp b16g..safc..2g injen intake pipe with 2g mas..evo 550's..2.5 turbo back without cat..MBC..

did a compression test today..150 across the board..no smoke...safc set at +8 on hi/lo from 1k to 7k
 
Are you getting any CEL's? When is the last time the plugs and wire were replaced? Also what plugs are you using? This same thing happened to me when i had the wrong plugs installed.
 
no check engine light..seems like its not sputtering long enough for it to come on..ngk bpr8es..wires seem to be ok..got no arcing..plugs where done yesterday
 
How much PSI you are running. I think you are adding WAY to much fuel. I'm running 22 psi on a Big T28 and I'm still in the negative running 10.8:1. Check your o2 sensor voltage's. Also switch to BPR7ES plugs. 8's are a little to cold for your simple mods. Also try doing a boost leak test as well.
 
as soon as i get it to run right..gonna leave it at 17psi..ill check the 02 volts when i get the logger..doin a boost leak test tomorrow..
 
ok guys..did a boost leak test today..found out there was a big leak at the neck of the side mount intercooler..couldnt see it cause its the one that is behind the headlight..the rubber hose was connected still but it was still leaking after i tightened it..i was like WTF...after i took the hose out..the pipe was corroded to shit..had all these pinholes in it and 2 big ass holes on the other side..im hoping thats it..will try another leak test after to make sure theres nothing else..was leaking from there so much it wouldnt hold very long..so now i need a side mount! anyone have a good one?
 
you can find them cheap in the classified area, the run for like 30-50 bucks. Or you can update to a supra sidemount... or a front...
 
alright..intercooler didnt help it..leaning towards the 2g maf now..when it sputters..the a/f gauge is at full lean..try to give it gas and it just sticks at lean until after a couple seconds..it comes back to rich/normal..gonna try the maf
 
got my logger today...kool thing but i dont know how to read whats good and bad..anyone live in the IL lake in the hills/algonquin area that can help me out? thanks!
 
pump is in..didnt start it yet...took the ecu out..found 2 caps that are leaking..smells like shit! some got onto the board..turned brown..gonna have it cleaned and changed this weekend..also did another boost leak test..only thing i can hear is its coming from inside the head..took off the oil cap and can hear it better..
 
ok..did the pump already..replaced the caps on the ecu..still does the same thing..sputters for like 10 secs..then is ok..when sputters..cylinder number 3 has no change when spark plug wire is pulled..leaning towards either the coil pack or just the one injector...can anyone help me out here at home? i have my logger but dont know what to look for when its happening
 
maybe have the ecu checked. Even though you chnaged the caps i know on mie when the caps leaked they took out other things on the board. Just a thought....
