biss screw wire connector question

I have a 2g 6 bolt swap with some custom wiring...and my biss screw doesn't have a wire connected off of it. Could somebody tell me what the biss screw wire connects to?

The BISS stands for base idle set screw and it is a mechanical device with no electrical connection. Refer to this site for more information. If that site does not answer your questions please post a picture of your concern.
