Ok Ill start from the begining sorry its so long. Im getting ready to go to the track after filling the car with race gas(3rd time in the past 2 months), turning up the boost and topping off the dipstick. Forgetting to turn up the vpc from 9`Oclock to 12`Oclock I take off in 3rd to check the boost as it rises to 26(I only wanted 23) and i quickly let off. I drive for a few miles when suddenly the motor starts to miss, stumble, and backfire when i let off the gas. I try to build boost again and it rises to 4lbs then falls on its face like it wants to die. I let off and keep cruising hoping for some reason it will fix its self. No luck, The motor is smooth at 20% throttle but anymore and it would miss or want to die. I decide to turn back and head to my friends house.First thought, pull the plugs. They turned out dark brown(thats weirdWTF i thought they would be white and lean). They had no signs of damage. I put them back in and headed back to my house to change plugs. I get home and pull the plugs again and they are completely black. I change the plugs with some spares and decide to take it for a drive. The car started and idled better but still missed so i pulled out of the garage to drive it again with the logger in hand and notice it has 2-8 counts of knock while idling. I turned back and pulled it back in the garage(the car was still missing but would now rev instead of die). I pulled the plugs and completely black again. Im stumped the car is throwing no cels and my only guess is the o2 sensor from the race gas. thanks for takin the time to read this A.J.
