Hey guys, i stayed up all night trying to install an evo III 16g in my friends automatic 1998 eclipse. Unfortunately we ran into about 7,541 different problems. The current one has me stumped, maybe you guys can help me out. I pulled the wires to the spark plugs and injector plugs to make sure the new SS oil feed line was getting oil, but no matter how much i primed it it seemed to not want to flow. I even took it off at the oil filter housing and still recieved no oil during a prime. The oil in the car was changed right before this so i expected it might take longer. Any info on what i can do?

You mean cranking the car over to get oil to prime the line? Yeh, my car wouldn't send oil either. What I did was put some oil into the feed end of line and held it above the turbo and let it drain in to make sure that the turbo had some oil when I started it. then I hooked the line back up and started the car. Trust me, the line will get oil pressure (like the huge leak i got and still have :notgood: ). Regardless, that line won't see oil pressure until the engine is actually turned on. I sat there cranking on it for about a half hour, too. When I started it up, though, there was oil pressure. Only it kinda sucked for me because I found out that my "new" turbo was blown when I went on a test drive. Best of luck to you.
