Couple of questions guys.

info: 1998 GSX

current problem:

1. Why dont i have a vaccum hose hooked up to connection P. If i need one where does it go to?

2. When i am driveing if i push and hold in the clutch below 3000 rpm it idles fine. BUT over 3000 rpm the car stalls. any ideas.. I already checked the ISC and its fine.

It looks like the stem the comes out of (P) is broke off.If you can just grab another TB and put it on. And to double check that problem do a boost leak test, if you feel or see air come out of (P) then just swap the TB. For more info on this go to www.VFAQ.com

Nothing connects to P? The MPD sensor connects to P.

Mine has the same stalling problem and its from a dead ISC. Your's is more likely from the huge boost/vac leak that the open hole is causing.
