P0080 - what is this???

hi everyone!
my car (1998 eclipse, 420A, nt) sputters, and sometimes idles bad. i pulled codes: P0302, witch is misfire on 2nd cylinder and P0080. i cannot find, what the last one means is it something ECU related...?
can someone help?

I do not know what it is but sometimes the ECU throws bogus codes just to get you to take it to get a tune up. I was told that by a Mitsu dealer. I would fix the misfire and do a tune up and then clear the codes and see if that works. If not get back to us.
