Just the facts

Car has 150 compression acorss the board

While trying to start car aremotive fuel pressure is @ 43.5psi if I take the vacume off( of course when really tryin to start it I put it back on)

Ecu just got back from DSMLink and everything is fine

Changed CAS 4 times along with transistor pack, plugs are new and gapped to .28.

CHecked cable order already

Placing a plug in a cable and pointing toward a bolt while cranking I get spark in all 4 cylinders

Turns over fine

ALL THAT AND THE CAR WILL NOT START!!!!

Ok now that you have the facts I need help because I am really getting pissed off with this thing it's not even playing fair anymore. I have done just about every test I can think of and checked everything I can think of 3 times over. The car sounds like it's trying but it doesn't have a sound of a car that's like on the cusp of starting it sounds liek something is missing. I am starting to think it's a fuel thing as I have spark and compression for sure. The way I have been checkin fuel is by one the afpr gauge and two the plugs had fuel on them when they were taken out. I have dsmlink with 950cc FIC's and the settings are on point with 330 dead time and -58 global due to higher fuel pressure(43.5psi). Anyone have any ideas of what could cause this to still not start. The car has been sitting for a while and has been cranked a lot without starting so the idea of the plugs just beeing so drenched they need to be replaced has crossed my mind but I don't think that will do it but anyway any ideas you guys have would be greatly appreciated.

You've checked your Engine Coolant Temperature sensor correct?

Actually funny you mentioned that cause the wires to one of the sensors on my therm housing broke and I went to radio shacked and got speaker type connectors to connect to the pins but I didn't know if it was the coolant temp sensor or the man fan relay. I work at a parts warehouse and ou books said it was the man fan relay. There is a connector on the bottom where the two pins for a T or a L however you want to look at it then there the plug on the top with the black and green wires I think it is that's the one that broke. The one I broke the pins are right next to each other like " - - " while the one on the bottom is like " _ l "

And one more thing there are two wires coming from the bottom of my overflow bottle I'm not sure where they go either but I didn't think either would effect starting like this.:(

I thought that was clear, check with your logger (DSMLink or whatever you have) and see if the Engine Coolant Temp sensor is working. It's the quickest way to make sure one way or another. We can't offer a lot of suggestions on why your car wont start until we eliminate a common cause given that you have checked all this other stuff.
