1G Spark blown out?

I have a misfire of sorts when I'm getting close to full boost(15-16 psi).It jerks around like my tps is bad,but its not.I checked the tps resistance,just changed the coil pack/transistor,newer wires,newer plugs(ngk bp7es)gapped to .028,zero knock,and I'm nowhere near fuel cut on my maf readings(highest was 1600ish htz),no boost leaks,and no cel.Could the boost be blowing out the spark?That's all I can think it could be now,maybe I should lower the gap.Mods are in my profile.


ps-It doesnt do this all the time either,just whenever it feels like it.

Try brand new plug wires, aka GOOD ones not any cheapo parts store specials or anything. The plugs dont seem to be a problem here though, better yet borrow a set of known good wires from a friend, that is if you have one that is a good enough friend to let you borrow from him (good friends are getting harder and harder to find these days as it is). Could the boost be blowing out the spark?

Not likely with that (correct) gap, but you might have better luck running with 6s instead of 7s.

I have accel 300+ wires with less than 2000 miles on them.I pulled and regapped the plugs last night,feels a little better so far.#4 was magically at .031 and the rest were at .028.I took them all down to .027.I'll give it a few days,then go back to the 6's if it's still missing.
