WTF???? My Laser wont run

Changing the head out on my car, I got everything together timed and all and i have no spark or fuel. I used the hot wire and the fuel pump works. I changed out the ECU with a eprom one I had that didnt fix it, tried the fuel pump relay, not it, checked all my grounds at the battery, good. I thought of maybe the coil or the module but the pump would still work with those bad. the only thing I can think of is do I need to take the powdercoat off the intake maniold where it hooks to the chassis in the middle of the engine bay. Help!!!! Any suggestions I havent tried because I know its something stupid that probably make me say duh. Thanks for any help.

I had the same problem when I put a new head on my old 90 Laser RS. I had the CAS connector hooked to the wrong connector. There is another matching connector nearby the CAS and I don't remember where it went to but I had them swapped.
