now for what happened
I was coming back from a car show and it was raining lightly i was on the highway cruising in 4th gear at around 3000 rpm when all of the sudden my car just dies No surge no sound nothing if it wasnt for my exhaust going quiet i woundnt of known it was off. When i pulled over i tried starting it again but all it did was turn over but refused to fire.

now for what i have done so far
-checked for spark - good on all 4cylinders
-checked fuel pressure - lots or pressure at the rail
-pulled off the upper timing Cover - cam timing marks are dead on belt in good shape with plenty of tension.
checked out the maf.
-checked all fuses/relays in engine bay

now i was getting really confused so i borrow my friend handy electrical meter to mesure INJ pulse width. perform the test and find out that my injectors are NOT firing (did the test to 3/4 of the injectors none are firing) but now im kinda stumped as to what would cause my injectors to stop firing I was thinking mabey i blew the MFI relay but am having problems finding where its locayted my haynes manual says its in the passenger side inside the car but i looked around and cant find any relays. also my friend that is a suburu tech thinks that it may be my CAS and wants me to check to see if it is putting out ac current to the ecu.

also some other stuff i just remembered on the way up to the car show the VAC line for the FPR came off and i ran it like that for mabey 10-15miles before i noticed my vacuume gauge. also for the last few days my vacuum had changed from 18-20 to 14-16 and it was 10 with the FPR hose unhooked. also since my vacuume lowered i had been hearing this ticking noise coming from the belt area when the car is cold and gets much less obvious as the car warms up. not sure if this has anything to do with my problem but thought i would throw it in there.

anyway i've found my problem im just stumped as to how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a few that dont work now.The coils in them are fried.Do an ohm test on them, they should be 2-3 ohms, any higher and theyre fried.

thats not quite what im getting at all 4 injectors are fine ive tested them but for some reason they are not getting the signal to be fired. I've done a few more tests since my last post iv now confirmed that my CAS and MAS is working and that the signal is getting to the ecu. Also I've checked the MFI and Fuel pump relays they both test good.

so i started digging around at the ecu and here is what ive found.
(this is all according to the 2g turbo ECU pinout on vfaq.com)

pin 12, 13 ,25 are all labeled as power but only 2 actually have power (tested while cranking and while off and key in the "on" possition so that rules it out of it being a switched power)

heres the part that concerns me pins 1,2,14,15 (injector 1,2,3,4) i cannot get any sort of reading from them no matter what i try to measure (no voltage, ampeage, also it does not griound my test light) now im not sure what kind of signal the ecu is suppose to send out but i cant get any reading whatsover.

so i am thinking that my ecu is fried... THOUGHTS ANYONE????
