I put an adjustable fpr and 660's on to complete my fuel system and now on start up cold or warm the car has a very rough sound and vacuum fluxuates and idle moves a little and sometimes drops low, but after a few minutes of driving vacuum and idle go to normal. I also have a maft verson 2.02 for which I change the auxilary and the base according to my injector size. I made sure that all the fittings were tight and I don't think that the vacuum line on the fpr is leaking since vacuum goes to normal after driving a little. What could this be?

Did you make sure your lower injector seals were not torn at all? This is a common place for a boost leak and with changing injectors it would not suprise me. I would perform a boost leak test to see what you find.

lower injector seals are fine, to describe what is happening better is that it sounds like my car is way camed until I drive for a little while and then everything is fine

I would perform a boost leak test to check that off the list first. Then check your coolant temp sensor and see if that is fully plugged in and make sure it is not damaged in anyway. Another thing to check would be the IAC motor/sensor. You can unplug the sensor or the motor and see if the idle calms at all. However with only doing it untill it is up to temp sounds like a coolant temp sensor.

I second that advice. Make sure that if you unplug the ISC on the back of the TB, that you disconnect the battery to re-set the ECU. Sounds like a coolant temp sensor though.

Let us know what you find,

Andy

The coolant temp sensor is the plug below the rad cap. It will be angled toward to the left if you were looking at it head on. It will be in a brass colored fitting going into the housing. If it is temp oriented I don't think it is your settings. :)
