Car cutting off when running the A/C

here's what's happening...Say i'm going down the road with the A/C on and the car runs normal, then i start to come to a stop and most the time downshift into 3rd, then let it go down till about 1500rpms, then press in the clutch and car sometimes dies and sometimes drops to about 400 or around rpms. Then about after 25secs it will go back up to normal(not like a boost leak that will drop and come right back up)..Another thing that it will do when i'm sittin still just idling i can turn on the A/C and the car will try to shut off then too..So far i've did a boost leak test and found nothing, checked the battery cables, battery, and alternator, i've checked all of my plugs and connections and everything seems fine.. Also another huge thing i forgot to mention, the other day i was riding down the road and a trans am is riding my bumper then starts to pass me, so i drop it down and take off, we reach about 100 and all of a sudden i get the huge jolt in my car(someting like fuel cut or something).. Then the car just keeps on going like normal, except my speed odometer isn't working.. So i keep driving on, and when the next stop sign comes i let off and my car just dies..So i start it back up and it starts like nothign is wrong, but still my speed odometer isn't working.. Any advice or any help would be appreciated...Thanks
 
After reading for the past week and a half I have found that the ISC is supposed to compensate when teh ac is one or when theres excess electrical loads on the engine. Maybe yours is going haywire. Goodluck
 
Set make sure you dont have resistance above 30 ohms when you pull the ISC to check according to vfaq test. Most people get about 2 kohms if I remember properly when they are shot. Also I would do a leak test to check for vacuum leaks. It you've never done this before I bet you'll be suprised at all the tiny (or not so tiny) things that you find. Make sure you have no vaccum leaks, that you have a good ISC, that you still have your BISS, and keep your coolant lines hooked up to your TB so that your FIAV doesn't contantly flow air (my current problem....we all learn sometime). I can promise you, you'll have a rock steady idle if you check all that.
