I am currently in the process of swapping a 92 eclipse gst 4g63 6 bolt turbo in to a 92 eclipse gs non turbo chassis. Everything went smooth except for one problem. The fuel pump does not turn or get signal when turning the car over. I saw people have rewired the fuel pump but i am curious on that, whether you use the stock efi control relay or do you wire in a new one, and what wires need to be spliced into them. This isnt my first engine/harness/computer swap into a car, but is my first for a dsm, which is partly a chrysler, which i am not fond of because of countless WIRING PROBLEMS. Well, any information would be appreciated since i need to have this car going shortly. I have a haynes manual in front of my but my opinion it is completly worthless. :dsm:
