Alright, so I have finally fixed everything that has gone wrong with my car idle wise. (high idle due to sticky cruise control cable, idle surge etc.) So my car runs pretty good. Idles perfectly. However, when I boost anywhere past 11psi or so, it studders and wants to cut out a little. I have 660cc injectors, fuel pump, bigger turbo etc. I have keydiver modified ecu, and I was planning on using my S-AFC2 to fine tune things. Right now I am just running the wastgate, because I didn't want to boost too high.

I believe it is gated down to 15psi or so? (I have a rs49 agp turbo.) I have newer plugs in as well.

Question is am I running too lean? Do I have a possible boost leak? Any suggestions?
Also if I go part throttle just boosting at 10psi or so, the car runs perfect all across the rev band. Please any help would be appreciated.

Also anyone in the Southern Illinois area who knows a lot about tuning with a s-afc2 contact me. I am willing to pay money for help. Thanks

Either your car is stuttering due to poor ignition, which in that case i would get some new wires since you already got new plugs.

OR

You are running too rich. That happen to me until i got my car tuned better.

Do you have a datalogger?

Well my wires are no more than 15k old. (still stock type not magnacore or anything). I do have a palm pilot with logging software, however I have yet to get an ob2 adapter interface deal... I am going to try a boost leak test tomarrow. My egt guage reads the same when boosting or just cruising (1200f range). My air fuel guage says that I am running a little lean, but the car seams to run fine. When it is cold out sometimes, my air fuel ratio will go really rich, and the car feels very lagey until I get into boost. However it still cuts out. I am thinking something with a boost leak. Will update soon.

It just sounds like you need a good tune. Also, if your air/fuel gauge isnt a wideband im sorry to say its useless unless flickering light entertains you. Get a wideband, datalogger, or go to a respectable shop and have it tuned. GOOD LUCK!
