90 tsi awd will not fire.

my 90 talon will not fire. it cranks..but cranks weak. i've changed the starter coil, ignitioin switch and still nothing. i've tried swapping another ecu in but it still does the same thing. if any one can help please do...

First off why did you change the starter if it was cranking? Second if it was cranking slow it is probably the battery but asuming your battery is holding a charge I would then get a voltmeter and check to see if your getting proper voltage at the starter 12v . If your not the wire going from your battery to your starter is probably corroded and will need to be replaced.
