it is 8x1.25mm right?

NAPA has 2.25" long bolts

some other store has 2.5" long bolts

does anyone know how long it is?

Where are you finding a 56mm bolt its probably a 55mm anyhow i would get the right length bolt also in a grade 10.9 thats an 1/8" difference it could make a world of a difference in durability your talking about your transmission. There isn't a hole lot holding them togather. Good luck. You would probably never see a difference but try your local hardware store they may have what your looking for.
