I have problem with running full boost. It will run 10psi up to 6,000rpms and then it will hit full boost 15psi and will hold it to the red line. I have checked everything i could and everything seems fine to me. Fuel gauge doesn’t drop everything looks good but it wont spool 15psi only near the red line. I have a evo big16g turbo with 550cc, hacked 1g mas ,eprom ecu with supra fuel pump, I been out of dsm for a while now so i need some help on this one.

I had a problem similar to this, except mine would hit 10psi and then right around red line it would get up to 20psi. I solved it by installing a MBC. Do you have a MBC installed?

Well I did have a MBC before so i decided to try without and see if the problem is still their. So i just used my waste gate spring to controller the boost and see if its still their and it is. so with mbc or without it i still get the same result 10psi and then at 6000rpms 15psi.????

16G's are notorious for creeping. I had to set mine at 20psi to stop it. The right way to stop it is by porting out the flapper entrance and exit.

You guys are right, i just tried to use my old boost controller witch is broken but with it i can go 20psi with no problem so im getting a new one and setting it 20psi.
thanks

Thats a wards-back way to fix the problem.

Remove the 02 housing and wastegate, you don't even need to remove the turbo to get them off. Port the POO out of the 02 housing and port the bottom of the outlet near wastegate (not the wastegate outlet but the chamber right outside of it). Install a reliable BC and set it to 15 psi.

**edit** You can also port the turbine housing inlet to reduce turbo lag.

One more thing, I been reading about different ways to set up the MBC, now the MBC that’s i have is Hallmans pro and if i understand right it doesn’t have the bleeder valve in it and the MBC that i used to see the different does have the bleeder valve so thats why it worked. Now for the hallmans pro how and what is the correct way to hock it up. Right now its from the waestegate and Ts into the BOV line, is this right?

Wouldn't that depend on what he's trying to do?
I mean, in my situation, I just turned the boost up to about 21 psi. But thats because I want to run that everyday.

Now, obviously if he wants to only run 15psi, then yes, he should do as you said.

Just because you have injectors and a fuel pump does not mean your car is capable of running 20 psi.
You need to fill out your vehicle profile so we can help you get this issue you're having resolved.
And yes, it sounds like Boost Creep. Porting is the correct solution.
