I think my ECM took a dump

Okay I just went out to start my car, which has been runnig fine even earlier today. It started up idealing very rough reading 100% throttle position on both the AVC-R and SAFC II not changing when I depressed the throttle. Also the car was over 11:1 rich and struggled to rev at all. So far I tried to swap out the chip back to stock and it did nothing. I don't have an OBD II tester so I don't know what the codes are.

Okay I broke out the meter and when to town. I mainy looked at the MAS I had 12VDC @ pin 4, .4 omhs @ pin 5 and 5.6 VDC @ pin 3 on the MAS connector. So I moved inside to check for voltage inside I had 5.6 VDC @ the Orange wire to the SAFC and 5.2 on th pink wire from the SFAC- II to the ECU. I started the car up just to see if the was any change in voltage which there wasn't. Also the SAFC is saying 0.110 VDC all the time and both the SAFC and AVC-R say 5 VDC for the TP all the time too. Another thing that is wierd is that there is no check eng light. Any one have any advice I would just shot down the MAS if it wasn't for the TP voltage and the fan running all the time. It may just be a safe mode thing for this car, but I don't know.

It was the ECU I swaped it out and the car runs fine.
