High Idle 1-2000k

My acc. cable came loose one time after a quick race. The 2 nuts holding it in place to the bracket were loose. I tightened it back up then took it home. No problems. I was bored so I did the fuel pump re-wire mod. Everything is connected where it should be but now my idle fluctuates between 1-2000k. At a stop it will be normal, it just does this every now and then. I don't see no boost leaks but I hear a hissing from the tb so maybe tiem for a new gasket but other than that what would be the cause for this? And instructions on how to fix it please.

well fix that gasket because a boost leak will cause high idle. Also try cleaning the TB with some carb cleaner. My 95 GSX was idling high and i cleaned the TB really good and that fixed it.

Visual boost leak tests are pretty much worthless. You need to pressurize the intake and listen for hissing. Since you've already established that there is a hissing at idle, that means you have a vacuum leak. A vacuum leak at/after the throttle body will cause a high idle condition.
