Hey, I'm trying to replace my timing and balance shaft belts while I have a 6 bolt motor almost ready to drop into the car.......here's my problem though, I cannot remove the stupid crank sprocket. Am I stupid? According to the Vfaq I need to insert a breaker bar in the huge center bolt and just loosen it. Did I read something wrong? Since the motor is out of the car and flywheeless I got 4 flywheel bolts and managed to get a box end wrench and jam it in....I've been pulling like crazy on the center bolt of the sprocket and it won't even budge. Any suggestions?
 
Put two flywheel bolts in right next to rach other, put a pry bar inbetween the two flywheel bolts and have someone hold the pry bar or try and let it jam against ground(if motor is on ground). then just loosen sproket bolt with sockect or 1/2 drive rachect
 
I got that bi*** out....finally. I bought like an 80 for bar and attached it to the ratchet. NO EFFORT whatsoever. I moved it with just pushing my pinky on the bar.....

Exaggeration.....but I did get it. Leverage is a blessing. Thanks for the tips!
