OB2II Datalogger problem

Im using a palm llle with the obd gauge datalogging program. I used it once on the car it worked then i didnt use it for a while.So the batteries died and i had to reinstall the program now all it does is say Iniatialzing but it never connects. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this problem???

Out of curiosity, where did you get your logging interface from? Quite a few people are experiencing the same problems as you after they bought their interfaces on eBay.

Hmm... I'm currently investigating the cause of this - if you bear with me, I'm having someone who bought one of these loggers ship me theirs. I plan on tearing it down and seeing why it doesn't work. I'll post my findings here after all is said and done.
