Loud screeching noise coming from suspension/ steering!

Hey fellow dsm tuners,

I am experiencing a loud screeching noise coming from the passenger side of my car. It sounds like it is coming from the front passenger side wheel well. It seems as if the noise only happens when my front passebger wheel turns at low speeds to about 45mph and then it stops. This noise also does not happen consistently, but usually occurs after my car has been parked for a while like in the morning when I go to school. I've done a little research and I was wondering if this is a symptom of maybe a bad wheel bearing, or CV joint? I plan on taking my car to the shop sometime this week or next week for inspection, but I have found from previous experiences that members of this forum are generally more knowledgable than mechanics that I have dealt with in the past. Any advice you guys could give me is always appreciated.

im having the same problem when ever i turn or hit a bump it does that noise i think it is the lower control arm because in auto shop i put it on the lift and had some one turn the wheel and the vibrations were coming from their if anybody knows about this tell me please i need to get it fixed

I had a lower control arm go on my 95 that sounds like what you are describing... it even made noise after replacing it, so we replaced it again (the manufacturer gave us a free replacement) and it still made noise but was a lot better.

dumb qustion..when you get the lower control arm does it come with the ball joint already in?
