 Unfortunately, now I'm looking to swap out the short block on my 2G to a 6-bolt assembly. I have heard various sides to what all needs to be done. I know that with the SBR kit to convert 2G to a 6-bolt, it comes with like new flywheel, clucth, several things and you have to modify the motor mount. Is there anything that tells me exactly what needs to be done......in full. From like step #1 to finish so that I do not miss anything along the way? And also, if anyone has a 6-bolt block that is just sitting around and you want to get rid of it, let me know......I need one ASAP. Prefer that it be here in NC....I'm just N of Charlotte, but I guess I cannot be all too picky. Thanx for all the help,

I know that some of you guys have swapped your 7-bolt performance stuff onto your 6-bolt blocks.......I am just looking for some info on what all to expect to have to modify in order to get a "like-factory" fit in my 2G. Is there a vfaq to tell me other than the entire
1G motor swap into the 2G. All I am swapping out is my block for a fresh 6-bolt short block. Is there any head modification that I must do or anything other than some minor stuff?.....i/e flywheel must be changed. But anything else I should know?
