I have a 1991 Eclipse GSX 5-Speed. I've replaced both the front wiring harnesses due to an engine fire. Before I make the harness look pretty I wanted to make sure everything works. Hooked everything up (no motor in car) battery lights...... Everything I could hook up, including grounds. I have radio, power mirrors, turn signals, rear wiper, fuel pump, (gas everywhere) and thats it.
It seem everthing thats on the inside fuse box works, everything thats on the underhood fuse box doesn't. There is no engine in this car but I know that doesn't matter. The white wire under the main fuse box is a ground right? Also I do get a clicking noise from one of the relays in the main box when turnig the headlight switch to on, but no lights. Any ideas? Anyone whos swaped harnesses? Does the computer have to be in the car? I do have wiring diagrams for reference.
Any help I can get.

My $400 dollar roller isn't going to be as easy as I thought. Of course not it's a DSM.
Nevermind I figured it out. Man I feel like I've been talking to myself. Motor came back from machine shop today. I'll start assembling tomarrow. Should have on the road in two or three weeks. Not a burn victim anymore, I will post some pictures of the build else where.
