Bad gas mileage, white smoke...

Well after I replaced my turbo it stopped smoking of course since there was nothing leaking then. But about a week ago it started smoking grey white smoke again. I replaced my filter on the breather hose and it stopped so I thought that was it. Day later it continues. It only smokes when I give it a lot of gas and then when I shift and resume pressing the gas it will shoot out a small cloud of smoke. I have also noticed I'm getting worse gas mileage. I'm not running to rich am I? My air/fuel gauge goes all rich when I run WOT, is that normal? It is an autometer. Thanks for any help.
Oh yea, ic pipes and plugs are bone dry if this helps.

Well I did a test before it started smoking and I found that I hadn't replaced the uicp to the ic securely. I fixed this and I'm pretty sure it is only leaking from the bov now. What kind of a leak would cause smoking and where should I look for it?

check all your intercooler hoses.you said the bov is still leaking,I would fix that.grey-white smoke is raw fuel.you could have a vacuum leak.

White smoke or steam can indicate a blown headgasket. Watch your coolant level in the overflow bottle over a couple days and see if it goes down a large amount.

If I am reading at around 19 inHg would this rule out a vacuum leak? And when decelerating I am at 22 inHg. I have noticed that my radiator hose is buldging out like it is under a lot of pressure. I don't remember it always being like this but I'm not sure.

When the hoses are bulging out like that it means they're old and need to be replaced.

Run a compression test.
