wells move in nutral

i had my car on jack stands and in newtral and the front wells trun u can stop them bye hand but they start to move agian when they move the idle jumps need help

I couldnt understand one thing that said. but if your saying your car is running while its on jackstands and the wheels move? thats normal dont worry about it.

sorry about my splleing r u sure about that cuse when u stop them the car runs fine but when they move the idel jumps up and down and the car moves on the grownd and not on a hill

As for the wheels, it's fine if they move when raised above the ground and in neutral. There is probably little correlation to your rough idle. Look for other possible culprits such as vacuum leaks, bad injectors, or bad plugs.
