ok i have not hooked scan tool up yet but here goes the idle is at 3000 rpm's and the car only boosts 7 psi. Had a similar issue before turned out to be switch on side of throttle body.
But i checked it with a multimeter and it is working correctly, closed throttle it shows closed circuit.
That is all i have checked.I am Pretty shure everything is tight, but will scan car some time tomorrow.
But wondering if both issues could be related?
Like some sort of mode the ecu goes into?
This is first dsm i have messed with so do not beat me up too bad i have searched forums got ideas but nothing similar?
I plan to check tps and isc tomorrow along with leaks at the egr tube!, and smoke test the intake system.
If that is leaking time for a hard pipe upgrade, as this car has lotta miles on a really fresh motor! thanks in advance for any help????

I would check for leaks, it may be your biss screw o-ring. That could mess with the idle and be a boost leak at the same time.
