help me locate the biss screw 420a (pics)

hey guys, i can't find the BISS screw on the throttle body, i looked over my manual but that wasn't any help, and i've looked at the vfaq but that didn't help either, im probably just dumb but the 1g example didn't help me out much.
here's a couple pics and i would appreciate it if you guys could help me locate it and tell me if i need to do anything to access it, so i can fix my idle problem.

that would be because the 420a motor doesnt have a BISS.
