throttle body, isc, electrical, and gnome questions (pics)

k well the pictures explain most of it, but what is all the stuff i posted pictures of?

i dont know where those 3 electrical connections go...so any insight into any of this is greatly appreciated!

in case anyone cares the blue orange and black plugs are test connectors, the valve with 2 nipple outlets are the EGR valve, the connector on the throttle body isnt connected on 2gs
