Major problems, running like garbage, starts to pull then bogs

well i bought a 92 talon tsi awd for cheap
replaced, head, did timing belt...etc

car will start and idle ok, but when reving it sometimes stumbnles coming back down
when driving i go up a little hill give it some gas and it falls on its face feels like it brakes up, after market boost gauge moves like its making some psi, but still doesnt fell like it has any power. Really frustatrated about to give up and sell....

spark plugs
switch cas every which way
switched wires

i think the head i might have gotten , may have had na cams in it, not sure
it just doesnt pull when the vac guage swings toward boost

any help would be greatly appricated

Are you sure to the turbo is good?, make sure you have any boost leaks, coil pack could be going bad.

coil i can understand, and i got a spare i might try, turbo should be good, had no shaft ply and didnt have any noticable leaking oil. Im not sure about ecu...

but it idles great, and drives around slow just fine, but when i pull out on to the street and put a real load on it, it craps out!

Sounds like a boost leak. Check all clamps and tighten them with an 8MM on a 1/4" drive ratchet -- you really cant get enough torque on them with just a screwdriver.
