Where does this wire go? (w/ pics..)

Anyone on an idea where this wire goes? It sits right behind the coilpack, and is black with a white stripe. In my Chilton's, only black w/ w wire went to the coil pack, and also 1 to the transistor. I haven't found anything else hanging with nothing connected. Any ideas?

Picture's a little blurry, but isn't that the main power cable (can't think of its real name) for the ignition coil? I take it your car doesn't start?
