ECU looks bad also gettin white smoke

[ i had a 91 gst now i have a 90 non turbo shell wit my turbo ecu from the 91 and wire harness with the engine when i took the engine out of my 91 it was running now i changed the head to turbo to non turbo n now when it turns over it doesnt start and its gettin fuel n spark and white smoke is coming out of the turbo outlet going thru the intercooler and into the intake pipin every time i turn the car over and i torque the head right so wat can be the problem wit the white smoke be? and i know the head gasket was in perfect condition another thing when i opened my ecu *where it says UF @16V was burned out on the bottom of the cap and one of the skinny lines was like exploded wider than its suppose to be does any one know what that cap controls

Lets get this straight.
You had a 91 turbo, and now have a 90 n/t.
You kept the 91 block, put a non-turbo head on it, swapped the 90 harness and ECU for a 91?

So basically... You're trying to run a 90 non-turbo engine with a 91 harness and ecu?

I told him in the other thread that the red circled area were the drivers for the solenoids and ISC. The 100 uF 16v cap (C108) is the 5v power supply filter for the whole ECU.
