well my windows kept getting slower and slower and would sometimes stop. it has now stopped almost wide open. i took the panel off and cant figure out how to get it back up. i need it up for the winter time and dont need to fix it now. when i push the button it doesnt make any noise so im thinking the motor is fried. do i have to pull the motor to put up the window?thanks

Yes ## motor is about had it or had it already. Its a bi*** to replace them. You have to drill out the pop rivits. And im not sure on eclipse but the motor and reguator might be all one pieace. if not u can remove the motor from the regular but thats gonna be a bi*** cuz the regulator has to come out from the window also. If u do do this i warn u please take caution when drilling the rivots out of the window glass itself. thier is usually 2 on there. just take ## time and it will come.

One thing u could do before u go to take it out. Hit on the motor first to see if it pops loose and winds the window up. Just give it some good taps. Nothing to powerfull. It could break it loose for ya. So u dont have to remove rivots and stuff

hahahha thanks man. problem solved. a buddy of mine pointed out that the window locks were on. ROFL ive had my window like that for 3 or 4 days!
