I would like to convert my Eclipse GS into GST using my friend´s stock turbo kit. It´s possible because I own an EUROPEAN non-turbo version witch is built with a 4G63 engine not with A420 from american Non-Turbo Eclipse. I would like to ask if a need to buy also his fuel pump and fuel injektors - maybe mine are as powerfull as his. And do I also have to change my exhaust system or set the ECU, MAF and electronics by Mitsubishi service?

If the engine is the same as the 2.0 non turbo in the 1st generation eclipse's then yes u can. But The only thing which is different between urs and the turbo version. Is u have a 9.0:1 or a 9.5:1 compression im not sure on that but i know its deff alot higher. And u have different cams also.

You would need The complete turbo system. Exhaust manifold, turbo, Entire exhuast maybe. but atleast the down pipe and O2housing. The complete IC piping Fuel pump injectors. Turbo ecu, Maybe some rewirieng of the stock harness to get it to fit correctly. Your gonna need something in the tunning department to tune ## engine. Because of the higher compression. The ecu doesnt know that really. And ull max out the injectors quick. You will deff have to run less boost also because of the compression difference unless u want to get bigger injectors than stock ones that come on a turbo car 450's.
