Loud hissing means blown turbo right?

I have a 95 gsx, and im all stock. When my t-25 spools up its loud, not like extremely loud but its alout louder then my friends stock 97 gst. And I only build up about 6-7 psi. I fixed most my boost leaks as well. I did check for shaft play, felt VERY minimal. But I did find some oil in there. Any help would be apreciated.

if it's a hissing noise,. and your not building much boost, sounds like you still have a pretty big boost leak somewehre.

Yeah, what he said.

Oil in the turbo is bad too, I would check why that's happening if I was you.

Does anyone know any common boost leak areas I can specificly check? My leak was the fuel injector seals, I actually replaced each of the three seals seals on each of the four injectors, still seems to be leaking somewhere. I do the boost leak test wet down the engine with soapy water, and I hear some leak somewhere, but I just cant seem to freakin locate it.
