Hey hows it going guys. Well, I finally got my 2G T-dsm back online. I had to take my turbo off, bore it out, bore out a evo3 o2 housing, put a tubo manifold on, change alot of gaskets, 3 inch exhaust system, Greddy Big fMIC, 255hp fuel pump, Greddy e-01...blah blah blah, at this point I think I'm just bragging. But! I was reading through the forums and someone mentioned about pushing down the center of the timing belt and if a cam turned/ moved while you did it then i'm sh*t out of luck. What does this mean? I pushed it and the intake cam (farthes one) turned so so very slightly, its just one of those things that just agrivated the crap out of you, i need to get this fixed....some phobia.
P.S. Is the timming belt supposed to be tight? I can push it down and actually slide it 1 cm left to right on the tooth of the cam. I put a greddy timing belt on and it has less than 2000 miles, I'm thinking they didnt put it in at all.
THANX DSMers!
