No fuel question

I searched the site and didn't come up with anything that really answered my question so here it is. I have been working my way through the issues my car has been having and became stuck at a fuel issue. I'm not getting fuel to the rail and i could not hear my pump so i tested it and the pump is not getting power somewhere so i went to check the MPI relay connector and it is not getting any voltage on "10", where do i go from here, i have already checked all fuse's and all are in working order.

Pin 10 comes from the 20A fusable link so you better recheck it. You should have +12V on both sides of it. If you do, then the wire is broken from there to the MPI relay. More likely you will have +12V on only one side in which case it's blown.
