BOV Problem? or...

Just the other day, My GReddy Type S lost its adjustment screw, So once I noticed it was missing (It fell out the same day) I came home and retapped the BOV.


Well on my way to work this morning, I start to build boost and hear this sound almost similar to a blower on a '03 Cobra(As we all know what those sound like).


Im assumuing its probably the adjustment screw leaking a small amount of boost out?

Best thing for you to do would be to run a boost leak test via. the vfaq.

My bad, The problem was the BOV wasn't properly tightend down on the UICP....partially cause I was lazy and didnt take off the UICP
