Help finding the problem

OK i have a 99GS and i just replaced the head gasket about three months ago and the radiator also. The problem is when i hit the gas it sputters and wants to stall out but if i rev it up a little its fine also it has a hard time accelerating in 4th 5th gears i have to baby it. Does anybody know what this is? This is probably a stupid question but i am really new.

What kind of spark plugs?

Sounds like a nasty miss fire start checking plugs and following that route. Mast cars won't hold 4th or 5th with a miss fire.

Well i have Bosch Plugs and i just went and got some new spark plug wires so well see if that helps thanks for the info im going to re gap them also

Bosch plugs are garbage, espically for use in an asian motor. Stick with NGK plugs in the future and you should be ok.

OK i went and i had to order NGK plugs and wires so that should hopefully take care of my problem thanks for the info ill post tomorrow when i install them if it fixes the problem
