ok, i have just gotten my car back together and it has a really rough idle. this is the first startup in 5 months so i figured that would be somewhat normal to a car with a programmed ECU. but i let it run for a while and its not getting any better. also giving me 2 CELS, a 43, mifiring on one or more cylinders, and a 54, no camshaft sensor signal... i checked the voltage on the CAS, came out to be 5volts, 7volts under what the book says it should be. my question is, could this be the reason for the rough misfiring idle?? if so, how do i go about fixing why the CAS isnt getting the specified voltage?? i have noticed one of the wires coming out of the CAS has the wire insulator cut and i can see the copper wire, and some oil is on it so could that be interupting the signal voltage to the CAS??

thanx
