HELP! Need car by tommorrow (8/21)

OK heres the scoop i did a JDM into my 90 FWD laser, the motor was out of my awd so it was a huge nightmare bc i didnt know the brackets to the motor mounts were differnt, anyway i put an act 2100, act flywheel, my throw out bearing, i have a shep rebuilt tranny, new slave cylinder. ok so i got it all back together and bled the clutch, and i have like NO pedal pressure, i tried to check the pedal adjustment but the rod is already almost all the way out i i cant get the nut loose i think i stripped it, but thats ok, the pivot shaft on the tranny looks fine, the slave seems to push out a good amount. IM freakin clueless here and i need my car back i havent driven it in like 2 months maybe 3.......

The same thing happened to me, and i had to put on a new clutch fork and pivot ball, with a 1.5mm shim on the pivot ball.

ok so i went out and adjusted the pedal, and it helped a lot but still need a lil bit to go...
i ended up unscrewing the whole rod on accident but i screwed it back in a lil and the clutch grabs like right off the floor and the gears still feel a lil crunchy, im think maybe the adjustment along wit an extended slave rod might do it but im not positive., im sure if i put a shim on the pivot ball that would help too, but i dont wanna take off the tranny again.
any other ideas anyone?
