I followed the Apr-05 thread about the alternative to "palmofpoop" to the end. Has everyone been able to get thier Palm M100 to make this software work? I have fiddled with the settings and it still reads "initializing".

I am using the multiplex and the hotstink cord to my m100.

I would like to see what everyone has for thier settings so I can duplicate.

By the way, this rookie crap stinks.

That was the thread I started a while back. The software is actually called OBDGauge, qcontinuum is just part of the wed address.

Since I brought it up in that thread, these are the settings I've used with my palm hotsync cable, Multiplex Engineering cable, and M100:

Options:preferences:

Language-English
Display-Hide both
Units-U.S.
Scan-Displayed Sensors
Graph-Line
Interface-Multiplex

Then under setup I have

Baud-19200
Address-25
Protocol-ISO

And that should work if all your hardware is functioning properly and software is installed good. Now go log something!

In addition to this topic has anyone been able to palm log with a usb connection to the multiplex at all? I also have a newer palm that i am looking to use instead of the old M100 that I have.
