do u need a special tool??? like a presser or ...can it be done another way??? and how long would it take?? theres a first time for everything
 
If you don't want to press a new one in (which you can do without a press, you need a big hammer and something about the same size as the bearing), you can usually get a whole used spindle from a junkyard for about $75. The spindle goes in in about 15 minutes.
