New brakes - pedal still pulsates

Got a little problem I need advice on. The brake pedal was pulsating in my car so I swapped in new front rotors and pads.
The vibration is still there, especially felt when braking at higher speeds. There is no way I could have possibly warped these rotors as well, i dont think. I didnt change the brake fluid, may be that would help?
The steering wheel shakes too but this is probably a suspension issue. Does anyone have any advice?

Very easily. What did you torque the wheel nuts to, and did you do them in a crossing-pattern? Did you wire-brush the backs of the wheels so all the scale and corrosion was off of the backs and there was nothing but a flat surface for the rotors to bolt up to? What wheels do you have, and do they want centering rings? Are they round? Are the tires mounted evenly? Do you have a belt separating?

Fluid shouldn't affect pulsing nor vibration.

"Too"? Sound like the suspension wants some money.
 
could be your stock rubber brake lines if you still have them on there. they can expand over time, and i've heard could cause a problem similar to yours. i'd put stainless ones on there anyway.

so if you have the money for stainless hoses buy me a set to, other wise if your like the rest of us who aren't multimillionaires, and use rubber ones improper wheel torque can warp you rotors faster than you can read this. use oem brembo rotors only they are cheap. i have hawk pads smoked them numerous times with brembo oem rotors and still no warpage.

also changing brake fluid will have no effect on pulsating i gurantee that, only on fade will it have an affect.
 
just a thought. If the rear rotors are warped, would I feel it the same way? I havent changed the rears in a long time. I'll check the torque on the wheels but I think it's correct.

As an experiment, why not rotate your tires front to rear. If the shudder in the steering goes away, you'll know the issue was tire/wheel related.
